About

One purpose of this blog is to test different themes, layouts, etc. before applying them to the Crofton Scouts Website.

Themes change how the blog looks

People can see and interact with the blog in different ways by using one of Blogger’s themes. Google Blogger offers a number of different themes to control the overall appearance of the blog. For example, compare this blog with the Crofton Scout Group website.
What are we trying to achieve?
Before making radical changes to the scouts website we could do well to consider our target audience and try to find ways to make it easy for them to access the information they're looking for.

Regardless of the aesthetics of the different themes, fonts, colour schemes and backgrounds, the website needs content! Up to date news and relevant information will make visitors want to return.
